I'm a business strategist, commercial leader and founder with more than two decades of experience building brands, growing revenue, launching new ventures and leading teams.

My career has taken me from senior roles with Walt Disney, Sony Music and Universal Music to building, advising and acquiring businesses of my own. I've worked inside global organisations, growth-stage companies and founder-led businesses, so I understand both sides: setting the strategy and actually delivering it.

Across my career, I've scaled digital revenue to $65M+, negotiated major licensing and commercial partnerships, built digital divisions, launched products and platforms, led high-performing teams and delivered measurable growth across sales, marketing, ecommerce and digital.

At Sony Music and Universal Music, I worked at the forefront of the shift from physical to digital music, negotiating download and streaming partnerships with Apple, Spotify, Telstra, Vodafone and Optus.

In 2020, I founded Digital Collective Co, now a strategic business consultancy and done-for-you execution partner helping ambitious businesses turn strategy into growth.

In 2025, I acquired Keto Direct, giving me another perspective I value enormously: being the person ultimately responsible for the P&L, customers, systems, stock, people and growth.

Today, that combination of corporate leadership, strategic consulting and hands-on business ownership shapes how I work with founders and businesses.

I can see the big picture, get into the commercial detail and, most importantly, understand what it takes to turn a strategy into something that actually happens.
